BJJ has been proven to work in MMA Mixed Martial Arts and uses the the science of leverage to allow a smaller person to beat a larger person without relying on size or strength, making it an excellent choice for self defence. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes in Portsmouth have a friendly welcoming atmosphere with everyone helping each other out to learn and improve. Lots of personalised instruction and large amounts of individual attention for each student is provided by the instructor.
